Refund policy

• Before pickup or delivery: you can cancel at any time and get a full refund.
• After you receive your bags: you can cancel within 14 days, without giving a reason, as the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) allows. Return the bags to us; the only cost to you is the cost of returning them.

If your bags arrive damaged, or we send the wrong size or quantity, or you paid but did not receive your order, tell us as soon as possible. We will replace the bags or refund you.

If a bag you paid for is out of stock, we tell you straight away and refund you within 7 days.

Fill in the refund request form. You will need:

• The order reference from your receipt, or the Paystack reference (it starts with “bags-”).
• Your order details: the bags you bought, pickup or delivery, and the date you ordered.
• Phone numbers we can call and WhatsApp.
• Why you want a refund.
• Where to pay the money: a mobile money number (MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo) with the name on it, or a bank account with the bank, branch code, account number and account name.
• Your Res-Flo Enterprises receipt and your Paystack receipt (a photo, screenshot or PDF).

You get a request number (for example RF-7K2Q9M). Keep it to check your refund.

• Someone from our team will reach out to you. We may ask for photos of the bags, and we tell you how to return them if needed.
• Approved refunds are paid within one week to the mobile money number or bank account you gave us (for returns, within one week of getting the bags back). Please check those details carefully.
• We refund the full amount you paid us for the bags, including any payment processing fee. Delivery fees are paid to the rider, not to us.
• If we cannot approve a request, we will tell you why. One refund request is allowed per payment.
